One unhappy story or news after the other, you see them on your social media newsfeed, or you hear it from people.
Too much negativity, and it’s toxic. We feel unhappy, we don’t feel motivated. And we share even more sad stories. It’s a cycle we need to break.
Studies have shown that benefit of positive mental health goes beyond just the mind, it also gives you better physical health.
Happiness is contagious. We have read of how people in dire situations but they are happy people. For example a family may not be well to do. They live from paycheck to paycheck, but they are happy. What is it that makes them happy?
Everyday there is something to be thankful for, and that brings joy. No matter how bad a day is, there is definitely at least 1 thing you can be grateful for. Such as having a home you can go back to. Simple things in life, and that can be a reason for you to celebrate life.
